Prairie Cat
Students at DePue High School now have the opportunity to use the Library in new and exciting ways. Prairie Cat, the online library data base is available for students to look up books and reference material for school or personal use. Students can click on the link below and look for reading material by subject matter, title of book, or author. When the information is found, the student writes down the name of the book and author plus the call number of the book and the library it is from. They can then turn it in to Ms. Sment the Librairian who can order it for them. The book is then borrowed on a two week basis from any library in the Prairie Cat system. The system includes not only high school libraries, but college libraries as well. For more information on the Prairie Cat system, students can talk to Ms. Sment in the library.
